When designing the AI assistant, data security was the highest priority. Allice was developed by the Bochum-based company medienpark GmbH & Co. KG and processes all requests in compliance with GDPR on a server in Germany. Moreover, the system is closed – so only the verified documents from our database are used, and sensitive information remains protected.
