To make it easier for young entrepreneurs to enter professional practice and to offer the opportunity to build a good network from the start, we founded ALLIANCE NEXT GENERATION many years ago – the academy for young entrepreneurs aged between 20 and 30 years. Over a period of three years, the association’s up-and-coming executives learn everything they need to successfully manage, lead, communicate, and advise in their own company through eight two-day seminar modules. Networking is a central aspect of ALLIANCE NEXT GENERATION.
