TELL US…

We cannot and do not want to speak for our shareholders. That’s why we asked them – and they provided answers. From north to south, from east to west, read what our shareholders say about us in the interview.

ALLIANCE: Why are you a shareholder of the Alliance Association? THOMAS STEIN: Low obligations, good conditions, suitable supplier structure, no owner association and the cooperative structures – that suits me.

ALLIANCE: What do you enjoy most about your work? THOMAS STEIN: The combination of creativity, high-quality products and contact with many interesting people. The opportunity to create something beautiful every day and bring joy to customers with it.

ALLIANCE: How would you briefly describe the association? THOMAS STEIN: The focus is currently on good conditions. Alliance is a good kitchen association with a combined furniture department.

ALLIANCE: What do you particularly appreciate about the Alliance Association? THOMAS STEIN: Short communication channels and competent as well as friendly employees.

ALLIANCE: In your opinion, what advantages does brick-and-mortar retail have over online providers? THOMAS STEIN: Clearly, the human connection. Business is done by and with people. Kitchen sales are a higher-level service. The measurements by consultants, the sampling at home, the conversations – no digital provider can achieve that.

ALLIANCE: What special challenges do you face in the future? THOMAS STEIN: It’s important to find online solutions, make optimizations in the workflow, find and retain competent employees. Also, finding flexible suppliers with good quality and services that are not available everywhere in large retail spaces is a challenge.

“FROM THE ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION, I WISH FOR EVEN MORE CONTACTS WITH INTERESTING SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS IN THE FUTURE.”
