Formally speaking, we are a purchasing and marketing association for furniture and kitchen retailers. But we wouldn’t be who we are if that were all. We see ourselves not only as a comprehensive service provider for our shareholders at home and abroad, but as a strong partner on equal footing. Together with Küchenring and KüchenTreff, we form a strong community at over 1,600 locations with a kitchen purchasing volume of over 1.37 billion €. This allows you to fully dedicate yourself to your core competency: day-to-day business. The Alliance Association not only keeps your interests in mind but also continuously works on answers and solutions, even before difficulties arise. From negotiating the best purchasing conditions with the industry to strategic future planning in changing markets, to implementing modern digitalization tools and providing customizable marketing concepts – the Alliance Association takes care of everything.
We offer our shareholders maximum security – but also maximum freedom.
You won’t find package solutions at flat rates from which you might only want to use a few points. Taking advantage of the benefits of the community while maintaining economic independence – at the Alliance Association, this is not a contradiction, but our principle of action.
As a cooperatively organized association, we rely on the power of community. Our shareholders are the heart and goal of our work. Whatever we do, we do it together and for you. Since the mid-1960s, the two original associations focused on commonality and always combined economic success with personal contact. The Alliance Association has continued this traditional approach since the merger of the founding associations in 1999. Offerings for all and individual solutions for each shareholder – no problem. We are strongly connected to our values and our history, yet we act flexibly and open-mindedly. Our low internal cost ratio and our best purchasing conditions ensure the best bonuses in the market. And our colleagues at the Rheinbach headquarters and in the field are – if we may say so – simply the best!
We are committed to the “Mission Mittelstand”. And our overarching goal is to become Germany’s No. 1 furniture association. That sounds ambitious, and it is. Only those who set a clear goal can achieve it. But what exactly does it mean to want to be No. 1 for furniture and kitchen retailers?
Steadily growing sales results and positive KPIs are good criteria for comparing the success of associations and determining the market leader. But that’s not enough for us. In addition to the best economic results, conditions, and bonuses for our shareholders, there are other qualities with which we can convince.
1. TEAM ALLIANCE
We want to be the first choice when furniture and kitchen retailers are looking for a strong association partner to support them. Whether they are joining an association for the first time or want to switch.
2. A COMPETENT CONVERSATION PARTNER
For the industry, we want to become the No. 1 point of contact through the triad of competence, innovative strength, and implementation power. Together with our cooperation associations Der Küchenring and KüchenTreff, we form a strong and reliable entity in the German association landscape that can no longer be ignored.
3. ROLE MODEL INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY
We communicate clearly and transparently, fairly and reliably. And that’s exactly how we act. The Alliance Association is a fair partner and an industry beacon – even for retailers who are organized in other associations. Economic competition is sensible, unfair behavior is not. We say what we think and we do what we promise.
4. FOCUS ON COLLECTIVE STRENGTH
It is our duty to do everything to achieve our declared goal. This means that we must convince every employee in the company, all our shareholders, and our industry and service partners of our path and see ourselves as a large team that walks this path to the top together.
